The 2020 Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program is accepting applications! These applications are available for download. Please fill out the application and mail your completed form to the appropriate address on the bottom of the second page. There are only so many voucher sets available and all applications will be gathered in order received.

Important COVID-19 Information: Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic this program will not distribute vouchers sets on the usual start date of June 1st due to senior nutrition programs operating in emergency mode and getting meals to seniors is the top priority right now. You may send in your application but be aware the vouchers will not be mailed out until July 1st at the earliest.
